We believe each educational journey is unique, and our team is dedicated to continuously honing their skills to meet each student’s specific needs and help them surpass their aspirations. The world is changing rapidly, and so is the future of work. Education is no longer just about acquiring knowledge; it’s about cultivating the right mindset and skillset to make a lasting impact on the world. Janhavi began her counselling career at Jamnabai Narsee International School and went on to lead the departments at DSB International School, Don Bosco International School, and most recently, Ascend International School. Her work spans advising students from grades 8 to 12 on every aspect of the college admissions journey—from early exploration and profile building to summer school planning and application execution across a variety of international curricula.
She currently serves as the Committee Chair – Regional Chapters at The Outreach Collective and has actively participated in International ACAC and IC3 conferences across North America and India. These affiliations have helped her build a robust network of global educators and higher education professionals from universities across the globe including the United States, Canada, Europe, Middle East and India.
She is widely respected for her empathetic, student-first approach and her ability to personalise strategies to meet each learner’s unique aspirations.
At The Craft Ed Co, Janhavi brings this philosophy to life by co-creating thoughtful, scalable, and meaningful guidance frameworks for students, schools, and institutions navigating the complex and evolving landscape of global education.
Anchal’s journey in education began at H.R. College of Commerce & Economics, where she led student admissions and engagement through the Students’ Council. She later earned her Master’s in Marketing Communications from the University of Westminster, London, on a full scholarship for academic excellence, while also supporting the university’s admissions and outreach teams.
She was part of the founding team at ISDI, now part of Atlas SkillTech University in Mumbai, where she played a key role in shaping admissions policies, evaluation frameworks, and the student experience. Over the years, Anchal has held leadership roles across student engagement, admissions strategy, and faculty development—helping institutions scale with student-first systems and meaningful educational experiences.
With over 10,000 students mentored and collaborations with 500+ institutions, Anchal brings insight and empathy to every interaction. Her counselling philosophy centres on “aspiration mapping”—aligning student interests with long-term academic and career goals. She has led student delegations to the UK, participated in principal immersion programs in the UK and Australia, and conducted counsellor training nationwide.
Parneet Shergill is a passionate and results-driven leader in the education sector, known for her ability to build strong networks, drive admissions, and lead high-performing teams. With over 20 years of diverse experience spanning teaching, marketing, and outreach, she has made a significant impact in student engagement and institutional growth. Having previously worked with the Outreach teams at Ashoka University and Plaksha University, Parneet played a key role in expanding outreach efforts, increasing undergraduate applications, and strengthening relationships with top schools across India. She is currently the Associate Director, Campus Lead, and Institutional Advancement at Plaksha University.
Dr Anjana is an economics graduate from Mumbai University. She brings along 32 years of rich experience in training and development. A certified coach from ICF – PCC she is a leading breast cancer coach in India. A passionate story blogger and a facilitator. Dr Anjana specialises in outbound training and soft skills. Being an EQ assessor from 6 Seconds UK, she very effectively leverages her learning in her sessions. A powerhouse of energy and positivity, Dr Anjana is a 3 times National awardee, Dr A P J Abdul Kalam, Sardar Patel, and Sir Ratan Tata award for her work in women’s development training and facilitation. A 2 time TEDx speaker, Dr Anjana, has been a source of motivation not only for the youth but Multiple forums, including the armed forces, Incometax and many PSUs. She was also crowned Mrs India International Classic in 2023.
